Sleep Paralysis

A week ago something happened to me that has never happened before. I came home from work, took a nap, and when I woke... I couldn't move, speak and my vision was all distorted. About a minute went by and I shook it off and stood up wondering if I just had some kind of freakish dream of sorts. I was still kinda of tired so I decided to lay back down and continue my nap a little further and when I woke the second time... it happened AGAIN. This time I was really freaked out.

A week went by and it didn't happen until today. It was laundry day and I decided why the loads were going, I would get a little shut eye. I woke up and it was the same thing all over again. I wasn't as freaked out this time about it, but I am nervous that this is going to be happening more often. It's called Sleep Paralysis.

I have read articles about it and watched videos about it and it seems there's nothing you can do about it. Hell... I already have Catathrenia (humming/moaning in your sleep). It's a form of  sleep apnea that there's also nothing you can do about.

I was in the hospital for a week for migraines and needed a spinal tap because they said the pressure in my spine or whatever was so extremely high it was one of the highest they've had on record there. They have no clue how it could have gotten that way. Every MRI comes out fine except for the one showing a bulging disc right where the spinal tap was done (which would explain the excruciating pain I am in right now.)

It's so funny... All my life, I have never had a single thing wrong with me until I reach my 30's, then BOOM, I get all kinds of stomach issues. THEN, when I reach my 40's, this kind of stuff happens. So far... There has been no explanation and no fix for any of it. The Dr.'s can see that something is wrong, yet they can never find an explanation for it. I can't wait to see what the hell my 50's have in store for me....
